Deep Clean

Our checklist includes: 

● All rooms checked for cobwebs (ceiling to floor). 

● Damp wipe of all ceiling fans. 

● Damp wipe of light fixtures (non-fragile) within safe reach. * Bulbs not wiped. (unsafe) 

* If it is necessary to remove the globes and/or the bulbs due to the style of

 the fixture then a (signed or text) disclaimer will be needed to do so. 

     - Request in advance. (Thank you!) - 

● Air vents dry dusted and damp wiped if needed (and reachable with a

  2-3 step ladder). 

* We do not guarantee perfection as we can only reach so far within the vent. 

● Window sills damp wiped. 

● Mini blinds 

* Dry dusted. 

● Doors, door/room entrance frames dry dusted. 

* Damp clean above and the surrounding door frame.

* Spot check door for fingerprints, scuffs, etc. (Spot areas.) 

* Damp wipe handle area and the doorknob as well as 

the ledges where dust sits (collects). 

Customers can request a full damp wipe down.

If we find it’s necessary to do a full wipe down we will contact you to 

discuss. 

● Light switches damp wiped. 

● All trim is damp wiped (within safe reach). 

We request that customers sign a release for usage of magic erasers

  on any woodwork in case of damage (removal of color). 

● Furniture and glass tops dusted and polished. 

● Floors (hard surface) dry swept and damp cleaned safely. 

● All room perimeters vacuumed. 

● Kitchen 

- Outside of cabinets/drawers cleaned and polished (inside if able).

          - If kitchen cabinets have grease build-up we will do our best to remove 

            them. (This will add time.) 

- Outside of all appliances and inside of the microwave. 

- Stove grates cleaned.

- If found necessary, the ceramic stove top will be given added attention with a

 specific cleaner. 

● Glass sliding doors and entrance door glass. 

* Outside weather permitting. 

● Bathrooms to be given a thorough deep, detailed clean. * To include any mildew build-up. 

* This may require a hard water cleaning treatment for glass shower doors and walls. 

             * We do not remove mold on walls. 

   * We may not clean spaces/rooms with mold due to health

   * If a shower has soap scum build up and/or mildew build up

      let us know. 

We will request a picture of anything noted of concern in your quote 

form to ensure realistic expectations or within our scope of work. 

Move-in/move-out cleans will include inside closets, inner cabinets, and drawers.  

Add-on upgrades available upon per request: 

- Windows (Interior only) 

* Tracks not included. 

- Damp Clean of blinds 

* Wood only. 

* Plastic and metal, dry dust only.

- Inside of appliances 

- Refrigerator 

- Oven Cleaning (non-self cleaning)

- Self Cleaning oven - wipe out only 

* Required to run the night before our arrival due to fumes produced 

         during the cleaning process. It is harmful to our techs to breathe in. 

         Our work insurance will require the refusal of entry. 

- Clean up the front and/or porch/ entrance way. 

* Example: clean the front door itself, remove leaves, remove cobwebs, etc. 

- Sanitizing all high point touch areas. 

Sanitizing involves wiping all high-point touch areas with the proper cleaner. 

For appliances: The cleaning is done with care to ensure the appearance of your appliance. It is to remove build-up, remove burned-on food/liquid spillage, etc. Improvement is the goal. The finished appearance will depend upon the original condition at the time of your cleaning. 

Hard water cleaning: This cleaning is also done with care to improve the appearance of any hard water build-up. Improvement is the goal , not full restoration. Improvement is the goal. The finished appearance will depend upon the original condition at the time of your cleaning. 

* This usually takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes. 

- If dwell time is required, the team will work on other areas during that time. 

If there is something on the list that is not covered that you feel needs to be added let us know. We will make adjustments if within our scope of work.
