Standard Maintenance Cleaning

Standard Clean Checklist that our team follows. 

* You are welcome to amend to better suit your needs. (It may change your pricing.)

Living Room / Dining Room / Family Room / Foyer area:

• Check for cobwebs
• Ceiling fans dry dusted (as needed)
• Light fixtures dry dusted (as needed)

              (non-fragile)

• Lamp/shades dusted
• Picture frames, knick-knacks dusted.
• Window sills, ledges, chair rails, decorative wall molding, trim/baseboards dry dusted (within reach) as needed
• Blinds dusted (rotating basis)

              - Dust each side with a back and forth motion and check the top if within safe reach. 

              - This is not detailed. You are welcomed to make a part of your standard with a price     

                increase.

• Furniture polished
• Wood floors dry dusted and damp cleaned.
• Perimeter of rooms vacuumed
• Areas under “accessible” furniture dry dusted/vacuumed as needed.
• Any carpet area vacuumed

Kitchen and Eating areas:

• Check for cobwebs
• Ceiling fans dry dusted if needed.
• Mini blinds and window sills dry dusted
• Ledges, chair rails, decorative wall molding, trim/baseboards dry dusted

              (within reach) as needed.

• General dusting where needed
• Doors dry dusted
• Furniture dusted, cleaned, polished as needed

             * No scraping for removal of any stuck-on food as it can cause damage to the

                furniture surface.

• Glass frames, mirrors shined
• Areas under “accessible” furniture dry dusted/wet mopped/vacuumed
• Light switches/knobs wiped.
• Outside range cleaned/shined
• Top and front of range cleaned/shined
• Cabinets (outside only) spot-checked for grim.

              * Cabinets are spot checked (handles wiped) after your initial deep  

                cleaning. If it is found they require more attention we will discuss such. 

                It will adjust your normal fee or surcharges applied as needed.

• Hardware wiped for germs
• Countertops cleaned and shined where needed.

              * Sanitizing or disinfecting upon request. Surcharges will apply.

• Stovetop cleaned. (including grates if applicable)

             * If the stovetop and/or grates have an excessive amount of burned-on    

                food/spillage which requires more than what’s considered a part of a

               standard clean, you will be notified and a surcharge fee will be applied to your

               cleaning fee.

• Sink cleaned/disinfected (fixtures included)
• Refrigerator (visible) front and sides cleaned/shined

               * Magnets, pictures, and such are not removed.

• Dishwasher front cleaned/shined
• Microwave cleaned inside, front cleaned/shined
• Floors dry dusted and damp cleaned.

Foyer, Entrance/Hallways:

• Check for cobwebs
• Doors spot checked on a rotating basis
• Window sills, ledges, chair rails, decorative wall molding, trim/baseboards dry dusted

              (available within reach) as needed.

• Light switches/knobs wiped
• Inlet widows (front/back door area) cleaned from fingerprints and grim
• Furniture polished
• Glass frames, mirrors shined
• Picture frames, knick-knacks dusted
• Areas under “accessible” furniture dry dusted/wet mopped/vacuumed
• Floors dry dusted and damp cleaned 
• Stairs 
• Carpet / area rugs vacuumed

Bathrooms:

• Check for cobwebs
• Window sills, ledges, trim and decorative wall molding dry dusted as needed.
• Baseboards damp wiped (within reach).
• Mildew chemically treated where needed
• Light fixtures dusted as needed.
• Tile walls, bath tub, showers cleaned and disinfected
• Shower doors cleaned and disinfected
• Vanity, sink and fixtures cleaned/disinfected/shined
• Mirrors cleaned and shined
• General dusting
• Throw rugs shaken and/or vacuumed if able to do so.

              * Please note sometimes our vacuums don’t work on the throw rugs due to the 

                 material.

• Floors dry dusted and damp cleaned.
• Any carpet areas vacuumed.

Bedroom:

• Check for cobwebs
• Ceiling fans dry dusted
• Light fixtures dry dusted (non fragile)
• Lamp/shades dusted/vacuumed 
• Picture frames, knick-knacks dusted.
• Window sills dry dusted
• Ledges, chair rails, decorative wall molding, trim/baseboards dry dusted as needed (within reach).
• Furniture polished
• Wood floors dry dusted and damp cleaned.
• Perimeter of rooms vacuumed
• Areas under “accessible” furniture dry dusted/wet mopped/vacuumed as needed.
• Any carpet areas vacuumed

Please note with dusting:

• Bookshelves, entertainment centers, dressers, wall shelving, kitchen cabinets, 

             - Techs will damp dust where they can safely reach as well to include 

               dry dusting higher reach areas - safely.

             - Minus removing books in rows.

             - Does not include the top where it is not visible. 

             - Clutter code over 50%, and/or unsafe to touch (in case of 

               breakage), we will work around.

• Blinds, ceiling fans, decorative trim, and baseboards done one level per visit. (simple, light dusting). 
• Blinds are lightly dry dusted on a rotating basis (upper and lower level). This is not detailed. 

           * Each side is done with a back n forth motion as well as check the top if within our 

              reach to do so (no step ladder). 

• Kitchen cabinets are spot checked. 

Add-on requests:

- Tidy of spaces/rooms (prep to clean)

- Vacuum furniture

- Change of sheets 

- Full damp wipe down of kitchen cabinets

- Vacuum under cushions

- Damp clean leather furniture (product provided by the owner)

- Refrigerator

- Damp clean of baseboards

- Damp clean of doors/frames

- Damp clean of ceiling fans
