Move In / OUT Cleanings
What's included:
Our checklist includes:
● All rooms checked for cobwebs (ceiling to floor).
● Damp wipe of all ceiling fans.
● Damp wipe of light fixtures (non-fragile) within safe reach.
* Bulbs not wiped. (unsafe)
● Air vents dry dusted and damp wiped within safe reach using a 2-3 step ladder.
● Window sills damp wiped.
● Mini blinds
* Damp clean upon request.
* Plastic and metal types are dry dusted only.
● Doors, door frames dry dusted and damp cleaned where needed.
● Damp wipe door handles and cabinet handles.
● Light switches damp wiped.
● All trim is damp wiped (within safe reach).
● Furniture and glass tops dusted and polished.
● Floors (hard surface) dry swept and damp cleaned safely.
● All room perimeters vacuumed.
● Kitchen
- Outside of cabinets/drawers cleaned and polished (inside if able).
- Outside of all appliances and inside of the microwave.
- Stove tops
● Glass sliding doors and entrance door glass.
* Outside weather permitting.
● Bathrooms to be given a thorough deep, detailed clean.
